The guys at Primal did an incredibly thorough job diagnosing the issues with my 2019 Wrangler JLU. They provided a fair repair quote and kept me apprised of the repair status throughout the process. Will definitely bring my baby to Primal from now on.

Amazing shop, you have some good guys in there. I went through a couple of shops and even the dealer to try to diagnose my truck's vibration, but they couldn't figure it out. Primal got it, go check them out.

Had a very good experience with Primal installing my Westcott leveling kit on my 6th gen 4Runner. Final labor + alignment was less than one of the other big 4x4 shops in town.

Maverick and his team took great care of me. They stood behind their work. I brought them my new to me wrangler. The AC stopped working after a diagnosis. They took it back, diagnosed it and fixed it even when it was possibly due to improper maintenance in the past. These things happen and they handled it great. If you have issues specially with your wrangler bring the car to these guys.

Primal did a fantastic job! Communication, flexibility, pricing, and professionalism. I had many questions regarding my parts choices that they knew exactly what my intentions were and provided gainful insight and knowledge. They were extremely flexible with my work schedule, the communication alone was impactful to my experience. I had over 26 emails back and forth specifically about my setup, goals, and intentions. These gentleman were fantastic and I highly recommend them. I will be coming back in the future for services. Also they’re veteran owned and operated! Work completed was Rear coils springs upgrade, shocks, and brake extenders.
